Reports
Report Licence
Last updated: 18 October 2026 Interim version, under review by our legal adviser.
These terms govern every research report and data pack published by Enerleq Investments CC, trading as Enerleq, registration number 2006/024431/23, of CubeWS, 205 Rivonia Road, Morningside, Sandton 2057, South Africa. They apply to every report, free or paid. The last page of each report carries a summary of them; where the summary and this page differ, this page prevails. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the date of purchase.
What a report is
Enerleq reports are market research and industry intelligence for general information. They are not investment, legal, technical or commercial advice, are not tailored to any reader’s circumstances, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, asset or interest. Readers act on them at their own risk. Reading, requesting or buying a report does not make you a client of Enerleq or create an advisory relationship.
Free reports
A free report is requested by email and sent as a PDF. It is licensed to the person who requests it, for personal reference and for internal use within that person’s organisation, and may be quoted with attribution. It may not be sold, republished, redistributed outside that organisation, posted for download elsewhere, or used to train a machine-learning model.
Paid licences
Each copy of a paid report is licensed, not sold, to a named holder. The licence chosen at purchase sets who may read it:
- Single user. One named reader, for internal reference by that reader. The file and its contents are not shared beyond fair quotation with attribution.
- Team. Up to five named readers in one organisation. Internal circulation among the named readers, and excerpts in internal documents with attribution; the data pack is included.
- Enterprise. One organisation, with unlimited internal readers. Internal circulation and use in internal documents, and the data pack is included.
An organisation means one legal entity; its affiliates need their own licence. A copy may carry the holder’s name and an order reference. To move a licence to a different named reader, or to widen it, write to us.
The data pack
A data pack is the spreadsheet of a report’s register and exhibits. It may be used inside the licensed organisation, including in internal analysis and documents with attribution. It may not be redistributed, published, resold or loaded into a product or service offered to others.
What no licence permits
- Sharing a report or data pack outside the readers its licence covers, including by placing it on a shared drive, intranet or platform that others can reach.
- Publishing, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing a report or data pack, in whole or in substantial part.
- Presenting a report’s content as your own, or removing the holder’s name, order reference or copyright notice.
- Scraping or extracting content by automated means, or using a report or data pack to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model.
Short quotations in your own work, with attribution to Enerleq and the report, are welcome within any licence.
Sources, accuracy and named organisations
Each report is compiled from public and licensed sources, every one cited in the text and listed in its methodology section. Statements about named companies and projects are drawn from those sources and from the organisations’ own publications; opinion is confined to passages marked ENERLEQ VIEW. Figures are as published by their sources at the report’s data cut-off date. Outlooks and stated targets describe possible futures on stated assumptions, including developers’ own schedules; they are not forecasts, and actual outcomes will differ.
Enerleq uses AI tools to collect and organise sources and to prepare first drafts. Every factual statement is tied to a cited source, every draft is reviewed and edited by the principal, and commentary marked ENERLEQ VIEW is the principal’s own.
Corrections and editions
Anyone, including an organisation named in a report, may ask for a correction at contact@enerleq.com. Requests are reviewed within ten working days. A correction to an edition is issued free to every holder of that edition. A new edition is a new product; holders of the previous edition receive a discount for twelve months after their purchase.
Payment and refunds
Reports are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which is the seller to you, takes payment, charges any tax due and issues the invoice. Its buyer terms govern the payment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Liability
Enerleq does not warrant that a report is complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enerleq is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a report or data pack, and its total liability in connection with a licence is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Personal information
How we handle the details of readers who request a report and of buyers is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Governing law
These terms and every report are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Copyright and contact
Copyright in every report and data pack belongs to Enerleq Investments CC. All rights not granted here are reserved. Questions about these terms, a licence or a correction: contact@enerleq.com.
