Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026 Interim version, under review by our legal adviser.
These terms govern your use of enerleq.com. The site is operated by Enerleq Investments CC, trading as Enerleq, registration number 2006/024431/23, of CubeWS, 205 Rivonia Road, Morningside, Sandton 2057, South Africa.
The information here is general
Everything published on this site is general information about Enerleq and the hydrogen and fuel cell sector. It is not professional, technical, commercial, investment or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Markets, technologies and regulation in this sector move quickly, and material here may not reflect the current position.
Using the site does not make you a client
Reading this site, submitting the contact form or corresponding with us does not create an advisory or contractual relationship. Enerleq is engaged only under a written agreement setting out the scope, terms and responsibilities of the work. Until such an agreement is in place, we owe you no duty in respect of anything published here.
Engagement examples
The engagements described on this site are drawn from completed and, where stated, continuing work. Commercial clients are not named and commercially sensitive detail is withheld; public-sector work is identified where it is already a matter of public record. They are illustrative of the kind of work Enerleq undertakes. They are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of comparable results. Every engagement depends on its own facts, and outcomes described reflect the circumstances of that assignment, including work done by the client and others.
Where an outcome is stated, we distinguish what Enerleq contributed from what the client delivered. Figures given are as reported at the time.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text and marks on this site belong to Enerleq or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or present them as your own, or use the Enerleq name or logo without our written consent.
External links
Where we link to another organisation’s site, we do so for convenience. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enerleq is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information published here, or from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Reports
Enerleq publishes research reports. Each is market research and industry intelligence, not advice, and is licensed rather than sold: the Report Licence sets out what a licence permits and governs every report, alongside these terms.
Free reports are requested by email from each report’s page. Paid reports are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which is the seller to you, takes payment, charges any tax due and issues the invoice. Its buyer terms govern the payment; the Report Licence governs your use of the report, and our Refund Policy applies. Reading, requesting or buying a report does not make you a client of Enerleq or create an advisory relationship.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
